PRAYER SHAWL MINISTRY
Prayer Shawl Ministry meets every Thursday morning at 10 am. We meet in the Church's Parish Hall. Prayer Shawls are provided for anyone who is ill or has a special need. Please see a member of Prayer Shawl if you know of someone who needs prayer.
Materials are provided. We have been fortunate to have a lot of yarn donated to us. Several ladies did not know how to knit or crochet when they started coming, but there is always someone to teach you, or someone with more experience to help you with your project. If YOU have experience, come help US.
We have a great time laughing, knitting (or crocheting). A group will go to breakfast or lunch and sometimes, a movie!
Our Prayer Shawls are blessed once monthly during regular Church service before they are given to recipients.
Anyone is welcome; a lot of our members are from other churches in town and friends.
