Reformation Church Women (RCW)
RCW (Reformation Church Women), also known as WELCA (Women of the ELCA), meets on the 2nd Monday of each month at 12:00 p.m. in the Parish Hall, except for July because of summer vacations (unless otherwise noted). All women are welcome to join! At each monthly meeting, there are devotions and a Bible study, a brief business meeting, and a meal. Typically meetings conclude by 1:30 p.m.

RCW is involved in the life of the congregation. Each year RCW leads "Bold Women's Sunday," where women of the congregation are involved in leading the Sunday worship service. The RCW also holds fundraisers for various church projects and community organizations, where funds are divided to serve the community. Some of the past charities have been Hope of Lancaster, the Girl's & Boy's Home, Pregnancy Care Center, the Listening Center, the Dream Team Foundation of Lancaster, Christian Services, and Golden Care center.
In the life of the congregation, RCW has helped purchase cushions for the pews, technology for the phone tree, and renovating the accessible restroom in the Fellowship Hall. There have also been projects done to remodel the kitchen and repainting and re-carpeting the Fellowship Hall.

In the greater church, the RCW attend the SC WELCA convention each year and the Upstate conference meetings.
If you are interested in getting involved in RCW, please email the church office and you will be connected to the correct people.
